Kesiapan Organisasi Dalam Pemanfaatan Teknologi Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja di Sektor Privat

Abstract


Industri 4.0 telah mulai mengambil akar di Indonesia, terutama dalam sektor perusahaan start-up. Namun, tantangan besar yang dihadapi adalah kesiapan organisasi dalam mengadopsi transformasi ini. PT. Ruang Konsul Indonesia (RKI) adalah salah satu perusahaan yang menghadapi kendala dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi era Industri 4.0. Tingkat inovasi di perusahaan ini juga masih dianggap rendah. Hal ini sebagian besar disebabkan oleh kurangnya motivasi organisasi untuk belajar, beradaptasi, dan bersikap terbuka terhadap inovasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang situasi adaptasi teknologi di perusahaan start-up di Indonesia. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesiapan teknologi, diperlukan upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia melalui strategi job crafting. Salah satu strategi job crafting yang dapat diterapkan adalah melalui inovasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di PT. Ruang Konsul Indonesia. Langkah ini mencakup penyediaan platform e-learning berbasis online yang dapat membantu dalam pengembangan karyawan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesiapan teknologi dan inovasi serta mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi tantangan Industri 4.0 yang semakin kompleks. Langkah-langkah ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa Indonesia dapat memaksimalkan potensi dan daya saingnya dalam dunia industri yang semakin terhubung dan berubah dengan cepat.
