EFFECTIVENESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF NON-CASH FOOD SOCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR FULFILLMENT OF THE MAIN NEEDS OF POOR FAMILY IN EAST JAVA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Social Assistance program, the inhibiting factors for its implementation, and to formulate a more effective program implementation policy strategy. Methods This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with research locations in Bojonegoro and Lamongan districts. The results show that there are still obstacles in the process of distributing non-cash food social assistance such as the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, the distribution and distribution of e-Warong is not evenly distributed, the availability of food commodities at e-Warong, and transaction processes at e-Warong that need attention such as stocking commodities. food, including the readiness of implementing human resources. In general, the distribution of the Non-Cash Food Social Assistance program at the research sites has been quite effective, so that the 6T aspects, namely right target, right quantity, right time, right price, right quality, and right administration have been achieved. This program is also able to reduce the burden of spending on target households in meeting food needs, recommendations that can be proposed include improving and increasing the type and quality of food commodities distributed, then compiling and reviewing the number and distribution of e-Warong, thereby benefiting from this program. can be felt as well as increase satisfaction with the families of recipients of this Non-Cash Food Social Assistance program.
