The Role of Transformational Leadership, Sharing Knowledge, and Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Performance

Abstract


The role of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and knowledge sharing (sharing knowledge) is very important in increasing organizational competitiveness in the face of the new normal, industrial technology 4.0 and VUCA (an era full of uncertain changes). This study identifies the role of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and knowledge sharing from some literature or research sources that have been conducted by previous researchers. The identification results of previous research indicate that the role of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and knowledge sharing affects organizational performance and competitiveness, trust, competency development, emotional management, motivation, job satisfaction and improved service quality. Overall, to increase the value development and competitiveness of human resources, indicators of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and knowledge sharing must increase and develop in a sustainable manner so that they have an impact on the quality, performance and competitiveness of the organization
