Abstract

As the development of technology and information we have entered the era of the Indonesian Revolution 4.0, of course we must be able to adapt technology to existing needs. In population administration, we have known E-KTP, which is a database-based identity card, which has a chip inside the card to make it easy to get information related to the population. E-KTP is very important for residents, because with this card they can make other important documents. But in the implementation of the manufacturing there are still problems. In other countries have aligned the identity card with the needs they need so that it can be said to be multicard.
