Analisis Transformasi Digital Pelayanan Publik melalui Program Sadayana di Kota Bandung
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the digital transformation of public services through the Sadayana Program in Bandung City as an effort to create integrated and technology-based public services. Sadayana is a digital innovation developed by the Bandung City Government in the form of a super app that integrates various public services and information into a single platform to support the concept of smart governance. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the Sadayana Program has encouraged the digital transformation of public services through service integration, the utilization of information technology, and increased service accessibility for the community. The presence of this application has made it easier for citizens to access various public services through one integrated digital portal. In addition, Sadayana contributes to the creation of more effective, transparent, and responsive public services. However, the implementation of this digital transformation still faces several challenges, such as limited human resource competencies, suboptimal technological infrastructure, and the lack of full integration among services across government agencies. Therefore, strengthening cross-sector collaboration, improving human resource capacity, and optimizing digital infrastructure are necessary to maximize the digital transformation of public services.
