Efektivitas Penerapan Hybrid Working Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Cimahi

Abstract


Pandemi Covid-19 menekan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dan menerapkan sistem kerja fleksibel untuk menekan penyebaran virus. Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Cimahi menerapkan model hybrid working sebagai upaya untuk menekan penyebaran virus namun tetap dapat memberikan pelayanan serta melaksanakan tugas. Model hybrid working ini termasuk penjadwalan work from home (WFH) dan work from office (WFO) yang dilakukan secara bergantian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode hybrid working bagi karakteristik pekerjaan tertentu kurang efektif, terutama bagi pekerjaan yang sifatnya administratif dan membutuhkan berkas fisik serta peralatan khusus. Namun untuk jenis pekerjaan lain metode ini tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tetapi juga meningkatkan work-life balance. Sehingga, dalam menerapkan model hybrid working ini, perlu memperhatikan jenis dan karakteristik pekerjaan.
