Authentic Leadership Dalam Konteks Kepemimpinan Lokal di Provinsi Jawa Barat
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep kepemimpinan autentik (authentic leadership) dalam konteks kepemimpinan lokal di Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan fokus pada figur Bapak Dedi Mulyadi. Kepemimpinan autentik mengedepankan nilai-nilai seperti kesadaran diri, transparansi relasional, pemrosesan informasi secara seimbang, dan perspektif moral internal. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan analisis literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan autentik telah terimplementasi secara nyata dalam gaya kepemimpinan lokal yang berpihak kepada rakyat, mengakar pada nilai-nilai budaya Sunda, serta responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan autentik berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan publik, penguatan partisipasi warga, serta efektivitas kebijakan publik yang humanis dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan model kepemimpinan daerah yang berbasis nilai dan budaya lokal, serta menawarkan rekomendasi untuk pelembagaan kepemimpinan autentik dalam sistem pemerintahan daerah di Indonesia.
