Tata Kelola Ruang Hijau Metropolitan Jakarta Pasca Pindah Ibu kota: “Menuju Kota Global Hijau”

Abstract


Jakarta, sebagai salah satu kota metropolitan terbesar di dunia, menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam memenuhi kebutuhan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) seiring dengan pesatnya urbanisasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Perubahan status Jakarta pasca pemindahan ibu kota negara menjadi daerah khusus menawarkan peluang sekaligus ancaman bagi pengelolaan RTH yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menawarkan kerangka konseptual dalam mendorong transformasi tata kelola RTH di Jakarta pasca pemindahan ibu kota. Dengan menggabungkan studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan, artikel ini mengulas praktik tata kelola RTH di kota global lainnya dan menganalisis kerangka kebijakan nasional serta daerah terkait RTH di Jakarta. Hasil dari sintesis ini menawarkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pengaruh dinamika politik terhadap transformasi tata kelola ruang hijau di perkotaan, khususnya dalam konteks Jakarta yang menghadapi perubahan statusnya sebagai Pusat Perekonomian Nasional dan Kota Global. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dan strategi adaptif yang dapat diterapkan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan serta integrasi RTH dalam perencanaan kota yang semakin kompleks.
